Good evening, Brisbane! I’m Taylor. Welcome to the Speak Now World Tour! It’s so amazing to see my old friends in Brisbane. I tend to have a lot of really wonderful memories from Australia. I do. I tend to have a lot of those memories from Brisbane. I think this is the first place that I ever met a kangaroo and a koala. Which are very important memories for me. And this is also the place that I remember the crowds are insanely loud and very impressive. ‘Cause when you’re planning a tour you think of all the places you could go on that tour - all over the world, where do we wanna go? And so you think back in your head, you think.. of all the places we’ve played before which were the craziest? Which were the loudest crowds? And you think about it and you say, in the places that the crowds were the craziest, let’s go back and play two shows there! And so that’s exactly what we did and I’m so unbelievably happy to see that you are still the same loud crowd I remember! That’s exactly the kind of people we want to spend the last couple of shows on the Speak Now World Tour with. Isn’t it, Brisbane? I guess for me, I just really need to know one thing and this is sort of important for me to know.. it’s a very important question so I want you to think really hard about it before you answer it. Brisbane, are you ready?

She’ll be in New Zealand on my birthday. :)

Taylor Swift Accepts CMT Video of the Year at Milwaukee Concert

 Still can’t believe that I was standing right in front of her when she won this…

Last night was the most amazing night of my life.

My friend Stephanie and I had bought tickets for the Taylor Swift concert the moment they went on sale. Last night, we went to a Taylor pre-party, and WON a pair of tickets that were right next to the stage. I touched Taylor’s arm as she walked up the stage. Caitlin smiled and waved at me. I got a guitar pick from the bassist of her opening act, Need to Breathe.

It was a fairytale. I love her even more now. <3
